ANCHOR is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic located in the heart of Keswick, Ontario. Our pediatric department includes experienced chiropractors, physiotherapists, and child-focused psychotherapists dedicated to providing comprehensive care to children and families. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to enhance our pediatric services. With a focus on treating orofacial dysfunction and other speech and language challenges, you will work independently alongside our diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to each child’s needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).

  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in orofacial dysfunction, is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy to address specific speech and language needs.

  • Collaborate with our pediatric team to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment plans.

  • Educate and support families on strategies to support their child’s communication development.
