No. We welcome everyone in the community, whether you're a fitness member or not.

Your first visit is mostly assessment. Expect a detailed health history, orthopedic and neurological testing and a movement exam, followed by a clear explanation of the findings and a treatment plan. No referral is required in Ontario, and most extended health plans provide coverage.

We offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. Where we can't facilitate direct billing, we accept all major credit cards, debit and cash. Most clinical services are covered under extended health benefit plans.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through our online booking platform outside the 24-hour cancellation window, or outside the 48-hour cancellation window for lymphatic appointments. If you are within the applicable cancellation window, please call us at (905) 535-4449.

We understand that life happens. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling, or 48 hours notice for lymphatic appointments. We charge 50% of the appointment cost for the first missed appointment and the full cost for any missed appointments after that. These charges apply when cancelling or rescheduling within the applicable cancellation window.
