Q: What sets your clinic apart?

A: Our clinic team://www.anchorhere.ca/meet-the-team is highly educated, and works together on your care plan. We offer additional care such as our postpartum rehabilitation program, exercise rehabilitation program in our fully equipped gym. Our clinicians and instructors communicate about your care resulting in a team approach to your health that lends itself to accelerated results and the achievement of optimal health.

Q: Do I need to be a member to utilize your clinic?
A: No, we welcome everyone in the community!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: For those for who we are unable to facilitate direct billing, we accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash.

Q: How do I cancel my appointment?
A: You can log in to your JaneApp account, or give us a call at 905-535-4449. Please have a look at our cancellation policy below.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that life happens, however, we require 24h notice for all cancellations. We charge 50% of the cost of the appointment for the first missed appointment, and the full cost will be charged for all missed appointments after that. This applies to both cancellations and rescheduling that falls within the 24h window. Thank you for your cooperation.
