Runs: Tuesday & Thursday 4pm

Ages: 13-17

Commitment: Monthly (this program auto renews monthly but you can cancel anytime. We recommend at least a 12 week commitment for best results)

Our Teen Athlete Development Program is a strength and conditioning class focused on quality of movement & fitness development. Led by an expert coach in a small group setting, this program is safe, inclusive & fun! Our program can help any young athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.
