WHAT IS GLA:D?

it is a 7 week group-based exercise/education program that is proven to improve symptoms related to hip and knee osteoarthritis.

Prior to registration, you must schedule a 30min GLAD Assessment with Jon in order to determine suitability for the program

Who Can Join?

Anyone experiencing hip or knee joint pain related to arthritis.

No formal diagnosis or imaging is needed to participate and no Doctor’s referral required.
