Join our 12-week program designed for busy moms who want to prioritize their health without sacrificing family time. With only 5 spots available, this is your chance to transform your body and build a stronger, healthier you.

Kids rules:

  • Kid Rules for FIT MOM CLUB:

    1. Stay Off the Fitness Equipment: For everyone's safety, kids must stay off all fitness equipment.

    2. Keep Clear of the Main Gym Floor: During workouts, kids should stay off the main gym floor to avoid accidents.

    3. Designated Play Area: We have a safe, enclosed space with toys and an exersaucer for younger children to play in. Older kids can sit off to the side.

    4. Supervision Required: While we all pitch in to help out, your child is your responsibility. Please ensure your child is supervised at all times to prevent any accidents or disruptions.

    5. No Running or Rough Play: To avoid injuries, we ask that kids refrain from running or engaging in rough play during class.

    6. Clean Up After Class: Please help us keep the space tidy by cleaning up any snacks and toys after class. We have a vacuum handy!
