ANCHORHIIT is not just a workout - its a results driven class that blends the benefits of weightlifting, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) & circuit training into 60 minutes. Each session involves a dynamic warm up, Rig (strength training), Row (Cardiovascular training & conditioning) & Reps (full body metabolic conditioning & muscle isolation). This format optimizes your time & delivers a full body training regime for any goal or fitness level.

What are the benefits of ANCHORHIIT?
