There’s a reason we start slow…

We know it’s tough to slow down—especially when you’re used to giving it your all during high intensity workouts—but now is NOT the time to move fast. 🚫

Your postpartum recovery is all about getting to know your new body. It’s also about re-laying your foundation and addressing the underlying issues you haven’t made time for before.

To do this, you need to SLOW DOWN.

We do this to help you:

~ Perfect movement patterns

~ Learn proper breathing mechanics

~ Optimize posture

~ Build strong hips, core, and glutes

Remember, it’s not forever. Once you have the basics down you’ll be set up for success in everything else you do.
